Orders, Pricing, and Payment
Product descriptions and prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where indicated. We may correct obvious errors before accepting an order. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance by email. Payment is due at checkout or as stated on your invoice for installation services. Discounts, promotions, or bundles are subject to their own conditions and may be withdrawn at any time. If an item is unavailable, we will offer an equivalent or a prompt refund at your choice.
Delivery and Risk
We dispatch stocked items promptly and provide tracking where available. Delivery dates are estimates. Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery to the address provided. Please inspect parcels on arrival and report any damage within 48 hours with photos so we can assist. Title passes when payment is received in full. For international deliveries, you are responsible for any customs duties or import requirements.
Installation Services
Installations include a pre fit check, removal of old hardware, fitting, and functional testing. You are responsible for providing safe access to the property and accurate information about the door and frame. Fixed quotes are based on the details you share. If hidden issues are discovered, such as structural damage or non standard door prep, we will explain options and any additional charges before proceeding. Installers may refuse unsafe work. You should keep documentation for insurance and warranty purposes.
Returns and Cancellations
Consumers have a 14 day right to cancel unused goods purchased online. Items must be returned in resalable condition with all accessories. Custom keyed alike cylinders and cut keys are excluded unless faulty. To cancel an installation, please give at least 24 hours notice. We reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee for missed appointments or late cancellations to cover costs incurred. This does not affect your statutory rights for faulty goods or services.
Warranties and Liability
Products carry the manufacturer’s warranty. We warrant installation workmanship for 12 months. Our liability is limited to the price paid for the relevant goods or services, except for liability that cannot be limited under law, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any rights under consumer law. We are not responsible for loss arising from misuse, unauthorised modifications, or failure to follow fitting and maintenance guidance.
